> Crashes like this occur after using throwing weapons. This should help ya all: when you do anything involving throwing weapons (grenades, stickys) dont use them normally (aim and throw). Instead select throwable you want but dont put it in your hand - select any other weapon, aim it and press G. Quick throw apparently does not trigger crashing. Also, throwing anything from vehicle is safe.
